The authoritative config information is at:
  http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/v3/3.0/cfgman/

The accelerator options are the same in 2.6 and 3.0 tutorials are in the
squid wiki at:
   http://wiki.squid-cache.org/SquidFaq/ReverseProxy
