This will delay the download of a url ending in any of the above
strings, between midnight and 08:00, if there are more than two
concurrent connections from the given IP. This pool will not take
effect for a normal browser downloading a matching file during the given
time period.

If you want to limit clients to two connections, use "http_access deny
koneksi".
