[squid-users] assertion failed: disk.cc

Hi,

My squid box was restarted with following message in cache.log.

2008/08/01 15:18:04| assertion failed: disk.cc:242: "fdd->write_q->len
> fdd->write_q->buf_offset"
2008/08/01 15:18:07| Starting Squid Cache version 3.0.STABLE7 for
i686-redhat-linux-gnu...

I am using coss with squid3.0 STABLE7 on the RHEL4(x86) server.
The setting of my coss is this.

cache_dir coss /var/spool/squid/cache/coss1 2048 block-size=512 max-size=40000
cache_dir coss /var/spool/squid/cache/coss2 2048 block-size=512 max-size=40000
cache_dir coss /var/spool/squid/cache/coss3 2048 block-size=512 max-size=40000
cache_swap_log /var/spool/squid/cache/%s

What could be the best way to get rid of this problem.
