No there is only the one book on Squid-2.5 for now.
3.0 has a lot in common, just as has ben said the accelerator mode has
been completely re-done and multiple ports are now possible.

For minor issues there is:

  the wiki - which contains (most?) of the book guides, FAQ and examples
most are updated to current Squid. Obsolete 2.5 and older stuff is
slowly being cropped away.

  online configuration manual - an up-to-date hybrid of the squid.conf

The wiki FAQ or the old book supported by the wiki is probably the best
place for you to start browsing around then.
