For this one get yourself a router with dual WAN ports:

or a used Cisco 1800 will do. This will load balance provided that you
have the
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 fa0
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 fa1
statements in place!!
You can also do unequal load balancing with these gizmos too, in that
way they're highly cool and they also do http caching also if your
interested in something with similar but different features to Squid.
