[squid-users] How to configure Parnet Proxy(cache-peer)

Hello All,

Infrastructure :
M/c OS : Win 2003 server
Parent Proxy is : www-xxx.us.org.com:80
All my request should be gone through with this proxy.
Can anyone tell me how to configure the same?
you response would be greatly appreciated
This is for testing purpose...
