Oop. Yeah. single_parent_bypass on if you have a single parent. Otherwise
tag one of your multiple parents with 'no-query default'.

Don't bother increasing the timeout, if you only have a single path to
the internet, don't waste your time and bandwidth with ICP. You'll still
get the problem even with increased timeouts as eventually an ICP won't
make it back to your cache and that message will show up again.
