[squid-users] cannot download from http://go.microsoft.com

when i use "office update inventory tool" i get download error

An error (404) occured while downloading .... from
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=9158

This very link however works fine in my web browser. what could be wrong ?

squid 2.5 stable13 on SLES
