FTP error and squid-1.1.21 ??

hi,
I get this error when retrieving FTP text file using netscape
browser. and is sj.cache using squid-1.1.21?

ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL:
ftp://ftp.apnic.net/apnic/docs/confed-address-request

The following error was encountered:

      No Object Data

This means that:

    The remote server closed the connection before sending any data.
