Among the others I remember, support for authentication schemes other than
Basic (NTLM and Digest), more comprehensive support for HTTP/1.1, general
speed
improvements, improved reverse-proxy support, improved support for Win*dows,
general reworking of the sqid internals for improved modularization,
swapping from Autoconf to Automake+Autoconf+libtool, Chunked Mempools to
reduce memory overhead.
